the helm of our Group is The Aditya Birla Management
Corporation Limited (ABMCL). The ABMCL Board is
our Group’s apex decision - making body. It
provides strategic direction to our Group Companies.
The ABMCL also houses all of the Group’s corporate
functions. They are reckoned as centres of excellence,
which provide cutting - edge services ranging from
Communications, Economic Research, Environmental
Conservation, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, R&D, Management
Audit, Quality, Strategy and Technology. They assist
our Board of Directors as well.
