Aditya Birla Group started the hostel for working women in 1992. It provides accommodation to working women and also to students who are pursuing higher studies. The working women's hostel was started with permission from the Ministry of Women and Child Development, New Delhi. The Trust is being run under the guidance of Smt. Rajashreeji Birla, Chairperson of Aditya Birla Group. The Aditya Birla hostel for working women takes utmost care of the safety and security of working/studying girl inmates.

Aditya Birla Centre for welfare of children
Aditya Birla Group set up the Aditya Birla Centre for welfare of children in 1979 under the banner of Anand Ashram Trust. Started with permission from the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of Maharashtra, the hostel provides shelter to orphaned and single parent boys in the age group of 15 to 18 years. Aditya Birla Group provides them with lodging, boarding and medical facilities. The boys are provided skill development training for two years in various branches of industrial training institutes run by the Directorate of Technical Education and Training by Ministry of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra.
Since 1979 approximately 6,000 boys have been trained in various industrial trades and now are earning good salary and enjoying respectable social status.
