Acquired by the Aditya Birla Group in January 2003, this plant is one of the best methane gas-based plants in the world and is designed with a highly sophisticated instrumentation, control and monitoring system to ensure reliable, safe and environment friendly operations.

The ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified plant has a capacity of 50,000 tpa.

The plant caters to the domestic demand as well as exports CS2 to countries across the globe including South Korea, Australia, Japan, Thailand, India, Malaysia and South Africa.
