Its state-of-the-art plant runs on the best machinery from leading global suppliers like Trutzschler and Schlafhorst from Germany, Rieter from Switzerland, Toyoda, Howa and Murata from Japan. Eight Rieter open end machines were commissioned in 2007.

Sunrise has taken many initiatives in developing value-added products to meet the customers’ specific requirements in high end use. About 30 per cent of its products are value added like siro spun yarn, compact yarn, lycra core spun yarn, slub yarn, rayon/cotton blended yarn, sewing thread, etc.

Sunrise has aggressive plans to further improve its competitive edge through technological upgrades and new technology absorption from Toyoda, Schlafhorst and alternate open end technology from Rieter.
