Central Cell was one of the first
to be set up in the Group. Working directly
with the Chairman, the Cell operates in
close interaction with ABMCL directors,
business heads and other corporate functions.
It assists the Chairman in review of long
term planning and budgeting, decision making
on capital expenditure proposals, formulation
and evaluation of strategic initiatives,
including M&A and corporate restructuring
and evaluation of business performance.
