Corporate Finance Group (CFG) works as an in-house investment bank to the Group. Its major activities include triggering and supporting growth for existing businesses and entry into new businesses through organic initiatives (expansion projects) and inorganic initiatives (mergers, acquisitions and divestitures); institutionalisation of value management through the planning and budgeting process and performance measurement of Group businesses. It offers strategic advisory services to the Group companies on domestic and international capital-raising, as also Group level investor relations activities.
