Corporate Finance Group (CFG) triggers and supports growth for existing businesses through both organic initiatives (capital allocation) and through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; identifies new business opportunities for the Group.

It also monitors value-based management through the planning and budgeting process, and performance measurement of Group businesses. CFG works with companies to raise long-term debt and equity capital in domestic as well as international markets and also supports the listed companies in Group-level investor relations activities.
