Corporate Strategy and Business Development reviews and strategises the Group’s overall business portfolio and prepares strategic blueprints and action plans for Group’s entry into new businesses and geographies including international expansions. It works with the Group units on their business
strategy and facilitates the implementation of key strategic initiatives.

The function identifies and develops corporate alliances including possible M&As and joint ventures for the various businesses of the Group. It continuously tracks the business environment, develops and maintains relationships with external consultants, bankers, thought leaders, business and senior government functionaries to source and develop right business opportunities for the Group.
