Corporate Economics Cell (CEC) is the economic research arm of the Aditya Birla Group, focusing on macro-economic, policy and sectoral issues. It deciphers the business environment by continuously tracking, assessing, analysing and forecasting domestic and global economic trends and policies.

It produces several regular reports and undertakes specific studies on relevant issues. CEC engages with policy makers and other agencies to represent Group's views on economic matters. It also provides information and analytical inputs to different decision-makers in the Group at the corporate as well as business level.
