The company signed partnership agreements with Metra SpA and Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. for building aluminium rail wagons and coaches in India. To support the EV drive, the company invested Rs. 800 crore towards setting up a 25,000-tonne battery foil plant in Odisha.

ABNAH also acquired 100% stake in KA Hospitality, adding Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Nara Thai and CinCin to its growing portfolio.
