While our values and beliefs have shaped the organisation, we also believe that the greater good lies in coming together with other organisations that believe in values similar to ours.

We have been partnering with TEDx Gateway, a thought leadership platform that brings together ideas that have the power to shape the world, since 2016. The thought invoking sessions and the eclectic mix of speakers have the ability to change perspectives, influence and create an impact, a facet important to the Group.

We are proud to announce our association with TEDx Gateway Salon once again. The event will be hosted on Friday, 29 March 2019 at NCPA, Mumbai. The theme for the event is breaking barriers, and the speakers embody the theme in every sense. They are all women who have done extraordinary work in their fields, taken risks and are breaking barriers coming their way and have achieved success beyond them. It’s a celebration of bold thinkers who aim to build a better world.

At ABG, we are no different. Our policies are not just women-centric, but they are career-enabling. In fact, diversity has been a part of the ABG culture since 1996, long before it became mainstream in other organisations.  Back then the focus was to empower women with a safe and respectful environment at work. Today, the focus is on enabling women to take complete charge of their careers, lead teams and actively drive organisational growth.

Our association with Tedx Gateway Salon is a testament to our support and encouragement to women who are breaking barriers with their work. They are doing what it takes to make a change, and as a brand that is Big On Diversity, we stand with them.
