We used to sit in a joint family and have food. So whenever we used to be busy talking to each other but when the food used to come on the table everyone used to be like pin drop silence and we used to focus on the food and the smiles that it used to get the happiness that so that drove me towards restaurants like why not give many people a chance to be happy.

We have a lot of different culture team members working with us. The simple thing is food that binds everyone together. It's the magic of food and beverage that we have. So it's easier to make them understand that when there's a guest at home, how do you feel? How do we entertain them at home the same way this is your home, treat it as your home and how would you execute it here and these are your guests. So that's how we make it easier for them to understand and empathize with the guest.

1:10 – Hurricane & Empowerment 
 

Hurricane for me is like empowerment. It's very strong. Okay. in this industry not most you won't see a lot of women coming up stronger because they have pressure from home like long working hours too much of shift timings so I think that's one thing that it lets you empower so I would say please come join it it's really nice you empathize you leave all your household problems whatever and then you come here you smile you can't differentiate that what's going on in her.

1:46 – Guest Importance 
 

Make them feel important. Oh, there's someone who not that I could change something for them, but at least that concern that one concern you have that oh, she doesn't even know me, but she's still asking me how was your day. Makes a lot of difference. We've seen like even my servers when they do my team members, they ask them how was your day? Hi sir, how was your day? And the smile on their face like it's just worth watching.

2:16 – Purpose 
 

How many people have you seen smile today? Very few. I want to give that. So my purpose is that that I give them good food with smile.
