I read this in a book. It says that money helps you buy time. What does that mean? It means that when you are financially independent, when you have that financial cushion, which sometimes may not be something that's generational wealth that you are born into, but something that you work hard, earn that money and then build on it. It helps you decide how you want to spend your time when you're not working anymore.

As I say, inspiration is not too far away. You just have to look within your company and there are so many people to learn from. When you see the journey of certain individuals in the organization, of leaders, that also inspires you in a way to craft your journey in a certain way. So it's really that learning on the job that happens in an ecosystem like that of our group that is immense.
